A taste sensation, sour, sweet and extremely moreish!

1. 50ml Spirit of the Downs
2. 25ml lemon juice
3. 25ml gomme or Sugar syrup
4. 1 egg white/ 1/3 pipette miraculous foamer/ 20 ml aquafaba
5. With or without Dash yuzu bitters (or Angustura bitters as more accessible)
