Any information that you provide is kept secure. We will use the contact details you initially give us to contact you via phone, email, social media and post so that we can send you information about our products.
Our lead person for data protection is Michael Yeoman. The lead person ensures that the organisation meets the requirements of the GDPR, liaises with statutory bodies when necessary, and responds to any subject access requests.

- All personal data is stored securely in our cloud CRM system which is password protected and GDPR compliant.

Spirit of the Downs Limited are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. For any personal data you provide for the purposes of your purchases, Michael Yeoman is the Data Controller and is responsible for storing and otherwise processing that data in a fair, lawful, secure and transparent way.

Where we have clearly stated and made you aware of the fact, and where you have given your express permission, we may use your details to send you products/services information through a mailing list system. This is done in accordance with the regulations named in ‘The policy’
Email Mailing List & Marketing messages
We operate an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about products, services and/or news we supply/publish. Users can subscribe through an online automated process or when you become a member filling the form. where they have given their explicit permission. Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named in ‘The policy’ above. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through an automated online service, detailed in the footer of sent marketing messages.
Email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.
