Ingredients
- 50ml Spirit of the Downs Brandy
- 25ml Triple Sec
- 5ml Lemon Juice
- Handful of Ice
- Dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)
Method
- Put a coupe glass in the fridge to chill.
- Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well, until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- If the lemon is too sharp, add the bitters to taste
