Our special Cask strength Chardonnay grape distillate has been aged with three different types of Oak to give a rich, aromatic and robust Brandy which is complex with notes of oak and vanilla with a smooth lingering finish. This brandy is named Cuvee Tom Parker who is the grandfather of Michael Yeoman the Founder of Spirit of the Downs.

At 61% volume this is one of the world’s highest strength Brandies, one to enjoy and cherish.
