Every other month, join our founder, Michael, for a unique insight into the world of making English brandy and the Sussex grapes we use to craft our award-winning spirits.

The experience begins with a welcome drink of sparkling wine before Michael shares the story behind our distillery, the grapes we work with, and how we craft our brandies, grape vodkas and liqueurs. You’ll also enjoy a selection of local nibbles during the experience.

During the tour, you’ll learn about each stage of the process — from fermentation and distillation to maturation — and what makes our spirits truly distinctive. There’s often something quietly fermenting in the background too, offering a real glimpse of the craft in action.

We’ll also share how sustainability plays an important role in everything we do, from responsible grape sourcing and thoughtful land management to improving energy efficiency and reducing waste wherever possible.

The experience finishes with a guided tasting, giving you the chance to explore the character, depth and craftsmanship behind our Sussex brandy and other signature spirits.

Tours must be booked in advance. Tastings are 18+ only and we operate Challenge 25, so please bring valid photo ID if you look under 25. Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours’ notice. By booking, you agree to follow staff instructions and our responsible drinking policy.
