Join us for an engaging 45-minute tour and discover the craft behind our Sussex spirits and liqueurs. Guided by a member of our team, you’ll follow the full journey from grape to glass — exploring how we carefully create our Sussex Brandies, Grape Vodka, and Liqueurs.

Along the way, you’ll learn about each stage of the process, from fermentation and distillation to maturation, and what makes our spirits truly distinctive. There’s often something quietly fermenting in the background too, giving you a real glimpse of the craft in action.

We’ll also share how sustainability plays an important role in everything we do — from responsible grape sourcing and thoughtful land management to energy efficiency and reducing waste wherever possible.

The experience finishes with a guided tasting, where you’ll have the chance to explore the character, depth, and craftsmanship behind our Sussex Brandy and other signature spirits.
